1. Choose your base pony. Any base can be changed into any color you'd like!
2. Reserve your base pony by sending a non-refundable $20 CAD deposit *OR* pay for your custom pony in-full to begin the customization process.
3. Send me a reference photo or description of your pony's design. (Try generalzoi's amazing Pony Creator: [link])
4. Wait for/approve progress photos.
5. Receive shipping quote/pay for shipping.
6. Receive your pony!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Price includes detail work. Your pony can have horns, wings, teeth, tattoos, etc. at no extra charge!
- I can ADD wings/horns, but cannot remove them.
- I cannot change the basic shape of your pony. In other words, I cannot turn your pony into a filly, merpony, giraffe, skeleton, or anything crazy like that.
- Customization will not begin until payment has been made in-full.
- Prices do NOT include shipping. Shipping costs will vary depending on your location and the complexity of your pony's design.
- Customs are made on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Payment accepted via PAYPAL ONLY. Transaction details will be discussed privately.
- Custom ponies are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.
